With its two 114-high towers in the west work, the cathedral is part of the world-famous "seven towers" silhouette of the city and thus also belongs to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Lübeck.
The cathedral holds a wealth of treasures.
True cathedral treasures are the people who contribute to the life of the congregation - voluntarily or full-time, young or old, over a long period of time or for a single project - with their gifts and in all their diversity.
Our church tax allocations are far from sufficient to finance our parish activities and the extensive building maintenance.
